Davis continues his teaching and has been honored at Hartt School Jackie McLean Institute for his 25 years of service. Steve is involved in educational programs such as: Jamey Aebersold’s Summer Jazz workshop, Stanford University Jazz workshop and has been affiliated with the “Artist’s Collective” founded by Jackie and Dollie McLean further he works with talented students in a range of areas including trombone, small ensembles, trombone ensemble and senior projects.
